Every percentage the website gives is based on what the breeder we bought the wolves from told us. If there is one thing I know about my grandmother is that she is NOT liar.
What is your basis on what our content is? Have you BEEN here? have you SEEN them for yourself? I'm guessing no, since you're list here goes all across the nation.
Stop being a slanderous coward. We DO have SOME MID-CONTENT wolves and if they are, it says so on our website, or we will tell you if you come here to see us.
That is our proof, now where is yours?
Who are you anyway? What makes you the "deciding factor" on the content of wolves? Do you have a degree in wolf studies? Do you inspect wolves for a living? What gives you the right to say "This person is a liar?"
wow, i looked at edyeswolfhybrids.com and those are not high content wolfdogs at all. the only dogs i saw on there that may have had any wolf content at all would've been shika who maybe had 40 to 50% in her. suki may have around 8% and titus may have around 10%. i own a wolf hybrid and wolf sanctuary in my state. those are no wolves you have. they wouldnt even be considered hybrids to someone who knew what they were doing. you have a lot of german shepherd and husky mixes.. but that's about it. sorry to hurt your feelings, but i'd be contacting whatever breeders you got them from, because they lied to you, and you're lying to your clients as well. it's so sad that it has to be that way. but those are not high contents within a mile.
ReplyDeleteI purchased a wolf hybrid from kodaranch in Maine and I would consider him a good content of wolf. Percentage not sure but definitively 50%. How do I base my knowledge you make ask? By watching studying the wolf and wolf dogs...Jack CT.
ReplyDeleteI am writing you about the guy on pets4u.com/squawcreekwolves. This guy is from Texas, has a "2nd home" in Edwards, CO and sells his 90% wolf 10% malamute pups to unsuspecting buyers. I have seen his pups and they look like Malamutes but do act a bit wolfy. I have been working for wolf & hybrid rescues for years, rescuing these animals and studying wolves on my own for 20 yrs. This guy, O.B. Nelson is making $600-800 a pup and selling them to clueless buyers. One young family with a 2 mos old baby & an 18 mos old that live in an apartment, were evicted because a neighbor told the landlord they had a wolf. It is people like this breeder who need to be stopped!!! I am turning him in to his home owner association as well as the authorities. One of his animals even attacked a neighbor dog through the fence and caused serious damage. I contacted him via email (since he doesn't list his number) about this couple and asked him if he would take the pup back and he refused and said he is not responsible for people's bad choices. DO NOT BUY AN ANIMAL FROM THIS MAN! We will be shutting him down ASAP!
ReplyDeleteBy the way for all of you who like to post on this website: there is no scientific way to claim you have a 56% wolf dog. Wolves and dogs have virtually the same genes and are indistinguishable under microscope. This comes from one of the top wolf biologists in the world, L. David Mech. I recently bought a pup from one of the above-listed breeders and am concerned, but also am aware of the controversy over owning a hybrid and the groups out there that fight it without truly educating themselves so they have a leg to stand on. That being said, while you blacklist all these breeders, whether what you say is true or not, without hard, tangible supporting evidence to base your claims, your argument is null and void. You can't simply badmouth people unless you can prove what you're claiming. I'd really like to see the evidence behind your claims, if you even have any. Given your lack of documents, photos and testimonies, I find it hard to take this page as a credible source. Furthermore, I specialize in exotics medicine and before you try claiming that I am one of the uneducated twits, think again. Please provide us with reputable sources for your claims if you want people to take you seriously.
ReplyDeleteAnimal abuse begins with irresponsible breeding. Slander is when people lie. The truth is not slander. Education is all around and most people don't bother to learn anything before spontaneous purchase of puppies that they most often fail to fulfill their lifetime promise to.
ReplyDeleteHow do we stop this abuse? By sharing the bad experiences, stories, truths about breeders who mislead, abuse and rip off.
You have a choice to either take it seriously or not.
I would very much like a timber wolf or timber wolf hybrid. I have always related to dogs more than humans, especially the ones that people cross the street because of. I relate entirely to wolves. Who are you aware of that is reputable? Please & thank you! - Colin
